1) Before printing the publication, contact us, indicating:
Your contact information:
- Last name
- First name
- Your Faculty or Department
The publication for which you are requesting a legal deposition number:
- Title
- Author
- Publisher
- Number of volumes/pages (optional)
- Your comment (optional)
You will receive a response by email within 48 working hours.
2) Once the publication has been printed, send three copies to us at the following address:

We will send two to the KBR and retain one.
