Scribe is getting a makeover!
This catalogue, which brings together the old, paper-based index cards digitised by ULiège Library, offers a unique access point to the inventories of older books and documents. Available since 2013, it now features a modernised interface, clearer and more pleasant to use.
As a complementary catalogue to the Library's main catalogue, Scribe allows users to explore over 600,000 cards describing, in particular, works published before 1969, held in the remote reserve at Sart Tilman and not yet fully integrated into the main catalogue.
Thanks to Scribe, you can check the existence of an item in the reserves and request it for loan or consultation.
New feature: it is now possible to submit a partial digitisation request directly from the interface.
