The University of Liège is organising the fourth edition of the Open Science Day on Thursday, 12 November 2026.
This annual event is the ideal opportunity to:
- Present your projects or initiatives related to Open Science
- Learn about the tools and services developed at ULiège, as well as upcoming projects
- Meet colleagues, exchange views on open science challenges, and build new collaborations
In this context, the Open Science Steering Committee, in collaboration with ULiège Library and RISE, is launching a call for contribution proposals. Your presentation may focus on a research project, an initiative, a service, a topic you are currently working on, or any tool related to open science in its broadest sense (open data, citizen and participatory science, open source, open access, etc.).
To encourage a diversity of approaches, three formats are possible:
- Long presentation (20 min.), suitable for ongoing or completed research projects with a critical, theoretical and/or reflective dimension
- Flash presentation (5 min.), suitable for presenting projects, services, tools or initiatives with a practical perspective
- Poster session, suitable for work that participants wish to showcase visually, encouraging informal exchanges with interested attendees
Any member of the ULiège community may submit a contribution, in French or English. All disciplines are welcome.
Submission deadline : 5 September 2026
