Spring vacations are here: what adaptations are planned for services, libraries and study rooms?
Services on leave
- Book orders and digitization requests : due to the closure of certain libraries and the book store, it will not be possible to obtain documents or scans during this week.
- Helpdesk : our chat service will also be unavailable during this period, and email follow-up on help requests may take longer.
Library opening hours
We remind you that the "cramming period" policy will be applied until June 21 (and until June 27 in Health - CHU).
- Thursday May 1: all libraries and study rooms will be closed.
- From April 28 to May 3: only the three main libraries will be open.
Study rooms
In addition to the study areas open the rest of the year, complementary rooms are available.
- Downtown (20-Août): local A2/5/11
- Open from Tuesday April 22nd to Saturday May 3rd and from Monday May 19th to Saturday June 21st.
- Weekdays: 08:30 to 21:00.
- Saturday: 09:00 to 18:00.
- Sart Tilman (Agora district): B8 - Room S2 (level +2)
- Open from Tuesday April 22nd to Saturday June 21st.
- Weekdays: 08:30 to 20:00.
- Saturday: 09:00 to 18:00.
- Sart Tilman (Hospital district): multi-purpose room (NSP) B35A
- Open from Tuesday April 22nd to Friday June 27th.
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 20:00.
- Saturday: 9:00 to 18:00.
- 4 study areas in Arlon : Atmosphère, Colibri, 1/3a et 1/3b
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 21:00.
- Accessible to ULiège students only.

B3 (Outremeuse) will be closed on May 1, but will remain accessible for the rest of the vacation period.
