Two individual soundproof booths have been installed at Léon Graulich, a first for our library!
What is their purpose ?
These booths are designed to provide you with the peace and quiet you need to make calls—whether video conferences or other types—in complete privacy.
They thus meet a growing demand among our users and complement the existing collaborative workrooms.
How can you get access?
They can now be booked via Book It, just like the collaborative workrooms, by selecting the “Cabine acoustique” category.
The maximum occupancy time is 2 hours, with a weekly limit of two reservations per user.
On the day of your reservation, please report to the front desk no later than 30 minutes after the start of your booked time slot.
You will then be checked in and given access to your reserved booth.
