From Monday April 20* to Tuesday June 30**, the "cramming period" policy will be applied to libraries and study rooms to enable you to study in the best possible conditions.
During the cramming period:
- Studying in the library is reserved for ULiège and CHU members due to the crowding. Your student card gives you access to our areas and services: remember to take it with you on every visit. You may be asked to show it at any time. You'll also need your physical card to pass through the secure entrances to the Reading Room and Graulich Library. It is not possible to open the gates with the virtual card available in our Library Mobile app.
- You must book your seat in some of our libraries (see below).
- Additional study rooms are available for both ULiège and non-ULiège students. Some are also available on Saturdays.
*At the Health - CHU library, the "cramming period" policy will apply from Tuesday April 21.
** At the Léon Graulich library, the “cramming period” policy will end on Friday June 26.

All libraries will reopen on Monday, May 4.
Other special closures :
Due to the suspension of medical classes for a sustainability module, Health-CHU will be closed on Monday, April 20.
Students from other institutions
Due to the large number of students coming during the reading period, study in the library is reserved for members of the ULiège and the CHU of Liège.
However, several ULiège areas remain accessible to you during this period and you can still benefit from our resources and services (loans, returns, reservations, consultation of specific documents, etc.). You are welcome to use them for the rest of the year.
We wish you all the best in your studies!
